HR Responsibilities

Able Body Labor handles the recruiting and hiring of all your temporary employees. If anyone is not performing to your standards, we'll handle the termination at our office, away from your facility.

Able Body Labor pays all taxes and insurance for the temporary workers you hire, including workers' compensation coverage, FICA payments, general liability insurance, IRS withholding taxes & unemployment taxes.

On-site Services

Able Body Labor can work with you to develop a customized staffing solution to meet your needs and maximize productivity and efficiency at your facility. We can dedicate an on-site manager to be your strategic partner, responsible for your day to day staffing needs. We can also provide customized reporting that includes fill ratios, turnover rates, absenteeism / tardiness and more. Transportation

Able Body Labor understands the importance of having workers at your site on time. We have a new fleet of air conditioned buses to provide our employees with transportation to and from work everyday. You can count on us to deliver your workers to your jobsite on time and to pick them up when they have completed work for the day.
Team Member Recognition

At Able Body Labor, we enjoy showing our workers just how much we appreciate the hard work and dedication they put in each and every day. Training Program

Able Body Labor is the parent company of Training U. Training U provides quality skill, specific training to motivated individuals seeking an opportunity to advance their careers. Training U has created an innovative program that transcends age, race, gender, religious, and socio-economic bias while it strives to take down the barriers to skilled trades employment.

At Training U, professional educators and skilled trades people have joined forces to deliver a research based instructional program that is designed to address the unique learning needs of individuals who have not been successful in traditional learning environments. By identifying the specific skills required to be successful in a given position, and presenting instruction in an interactive format, our graduates gain marketable skills that will enable them to find employment within their community.

In addition to its classroom facilities, Training U is fully mobile and capable of providing instruction anywhere.
